Faith Matters

Sundays at 10:00 am in room 101

Faith Matters is an adult community group that meets each Sunday at 10 am in Room 101. We are group led and apply the teachings of the Bible to our everyday lives. All group members are encouraged to bring information they have discovered regarding the scripture, which greatly enhances our discussions.

We strive to develop a "family atmosphere" in our group where we support one another, as well as rejoice with one another, as we grow in our faith journey.

Disciples of Hope

Sundays at 10:00 am in the Community Room

Current Study: An Unlikely Advent by Rachel Billups

This four-week study guides readers through the themes of hope, love, joy, and peace by sharing the stories of Elizabeth and Zechariah, Herod, the Magi, and the shepherds. Each set of unexpected characters has something to teach about living faithfully on the journey to Christmas.

Social Justice

Sundays at 10:00am in room 104

The Social Justice Group is a warm and open space where we come together for meaningful conversations about social issues including racism, food insecurity, immigration, poverty, and lgtbq as we explore how Christians can thoughtfully respond in a Christ-like way. Everyone is welcome here. We’re a guilt-free, judgment-free community that values and respects each person’s beliefs, experiences, and voice. Join us as we learn, grow, and support one another.

Friends in Faith

Sundays at 10:00am in room 102

Explore the practical applications of the Bible in our daily lives. Engage in thought-provoking discussions, meaningful reflections, and deep connections with fellow participants. The class is led by Anthony & Kelly Wahlheim. All are welcome!

Current Study: Discovering Hope in the Psalms

Together, we’ll discover the incredible design and purpose of inspired Hebrew poetry, enjoy compelling teaching, be encouraged by motivating Scripture, and even have opportunities for creative expression. This is more than just a Bible study. It’s a time to refresh your spirit, connect with other women, and fill your heart with hope as we walk through God’s Word together. Whether you’ve studied the psalms before or this is your first time, you will be a welcome addition to our study. Who couldn’t use an extra dose of HOPE?

Men's Ministry

Men's Morning Bible Study

Wednesday mornings at 6:30am, Room 101

We meet each week and take turns leading a 10-minute study. It’s also a time for us to check in, share what’s going on in our lives, offer prayer requests, and pray for each other.

The Road

Wednesdays at 7:30am | Room 102

The Road is a men’s small group focused on searching for direction and answers to the challenges facing men today. Not a typical Bible study, The Road uses scripture, prayer and fellowship to focus on topical issues defining Christian manhood. The Road meets weekly and welcomes all men.

Monthly Men's Ministry Night

Disciple Bible Study

Thursdays 9:30am - 11:00am in room 101

Join us for this is in-depth exploration of scripture and what is means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ. This study gives the Old and New Testaments equal time, emphasizing the wholeness of the Bible as a revelation of God. Disciple draws upon the work of scholars, the personal Bible reading and study of the participant, and dynamic group discussion to aid understanding of the Bible.

Prayer Circle

Mondays at 1:00pm in the Sanctuary

Join us as we lift up the prayer requests of our congregation to God. In our prayer circle, we support one another, seek God’s guidance, and open our hearts to the transforming power of prayer. Open Hearts at Faith UMC helps us live into our United Methodist belief that ALL people are loved and saved by the grace of God.

Together, we’ve delivered 25 walker bags to Meals on Wheels and 20 walker bags to Woodlands Nursing & Rehab. Join us in making a meaningful difference, one project at a time!

Join us in Hooked on Faith, our welcoming crochet and knitting group! No skills? No problem; we’ll teach you everything you need to know! Come enjoy friendship, creativity, and community service. We’re excited to share that we’ll be delivering 20 fleece sets and 20 layettes to Yes To Youth for their Mommy & Me program!

Project Linus

1st Thursday of each month, 9:30am, Community room

Our mission is twofold:
First, to bring love, security, warmth, and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or in need by providing them with new, handmade blankets crafted with care by our volunteer “blanketeers.”
Second, to offer a meaningful, rewarding, and enjoyable service opportunity for individuals and groups in our community, making a difference together, one blanket at a time.

Walk To Emmaus

Are you interested in attending a Walk to Emmaus Spiritual Retreat? This 3-day retreat is a wonderful way to rekindle your connection with Christ.

Have you attended an Emmaus Walk? Faith UMC has a men’s reunion group and a women’s reunion group for those who have attended.

J.O.Y. Games
